The role involves managing projects related to Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), ISO certifications, and other governance improvement programs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
• Develop detailed project implementation plans with defined deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
• Facilitate governance meetings, maintain risk and issue logs, and ensure timely stakeholder reporting.
• Manage project delivery to meet scope, quality, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage testing frameworks, service-level performance, and contractual obligations.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001.
• Prepare periodic project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process standardization across IT governance functions.
• Support strategic governance initiatives and cross-departmental coordination within the IT Governance and Strategy division.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally within the financial or regulated sectors.
• Hands-on experience leading TCoE and ISO certification initiatives.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, quality standards, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable for results.
