Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Governance Analyst to support its IT Governance and Strategy division in Sharjah. The role is responsible for maintaining oversight of IT compliance, audit tracking, and governance documentation. The successful candidate will help ensure adherence to international standards such as ISO, ITIL, and CBUAE regulations while contributing to the continual improvement of the organization's IT governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized IT Governance registers, including audit findings, compliance records, and management action plans.
• Track and follow up on internal, external, and regulatory audit items, including those from CBUAE, InfoSec, and Internal Audit.
• Prepare periodic governance dashboards and reports summarizing progress, risk, and compliance status for management.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes, track actions, and ensure timely completion of follow-ups for IT governance forums.
• Assist the IT GRC team in preparing committee presentations and compliance review materials.
• Review IT policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, and CBUAE frameworks.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for ISO certifications and IT governance reviews.
• Support the Governance & Strategy leadership in ad-hoc compliance and cross-departmental initiatives.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or audit coordination, preferably within the financial or regulated sector.
• Working knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, and CBUAE Technology Risk standards.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing governance priorities.
