Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring an IT Governance Analyst to support its IT Governance and Strategy function. The role focuses on maintaining oversight of IT compliance, audit coordination, and governance frameworks across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills, along with a clear understanding of IT governance standards such as ITIL, ISO, and CBUAE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized registers for IT governance activities, including audit observations, compliance records, and action plans.
• Track and follow up on internal, external, and regulatory audit items from entities such as CBUAE and Internal Audit.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards, reports, and presentations summarizing governance and compliance updates.
• Record, circulate, and monitor action points from governance and audit-related meetings.
• Assist the IT GRC team in preparing reports and materials for management committees, including ITSC and Risk Committee.
• Review and update IT policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure alignment with international and regulatory standards.
• Support ISO certification efforts, internal assessments, and governance reviews.
• Provide administrative and coordination assistance for compliance and cross-departmental projects.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or audit coordination (preferably within the banking or financial sector).
• Familiar with ITIL, ISO, and CBUAE Technology Risk frameworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for documentation and reporting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple governance requirements simultaneously.
