About The Job
Employee Support:
Provide timely and effective IT support by resolving service requests and addressing employee queries related to computer systems.
Problem Diagnosis:
Collect and analyze data to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with computer systems, hardware, and software.
System Maintenance:
Implement changes to system configurations and settings, including managing user permissions, to resolve and prevent technical problems.
Onboarding & Access Management:
Generate new user sign-ins and access credentials for new hires as part of the onboarding process.
Software & Hardware Management:
Install new software and hardware drivers, and perform updates to existing ones to ensure systems are current and functioning properly.
Communication & Documentation:
Keep employees informed on the status of their service requests and maintain detailed logs of all service requests and ticket updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of computer servers, hardware, software, and networking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
