We are a diversified group of companies operating in construction, facility management, holiday homes, real estate, and transportation. We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to manage, support, and develop all IT systems across the group, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. OTA & Listing Management
Create, update, and optimize property listings across all OTAs and company website.
Ensure high-quality content (photos, descriptions, amenities) to maintain listing standards.
Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal pricing updates in coordination with the reservations/revenue team.
Monitor listing performance (views, bookings, rankings) and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with OTA policies and guidelines.
Perform regular updates and maintenance of OTA listings, rates, availability, and content accuracy.
2. Software Implementation & Integration
Manage PMS (e.g., Hostaway) and ensure integration with OTAs, accounting, and guest apps.
Implement and configure new software tools for reservations, guest check-in, and automation.
Troubleshoot PMS/OTA sync issues (rates, availability, bookings).
Coordinate with external vendors (Duve, Check-in, smart locks, IVR system, etc.).
3. IT & Technical Support
Setup and maintain office IT infrastructure (PCs, laptops, phones, routers, printers).
Install and maintain security cameras, smart devices, keyless check-in and IT systems in apartments.
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff (emails, software logins, hardware issues).
4. Reporting & Quality Control
Generate regular reports on listing performance, OTA ranking, and occupancy trends.
Provide IT maintenance reports (camera checks, system uptime, issue logs).
Ensure high listing quality by periodically reviewing online presence and suggesting improvements.
5. IT Systems, Website & Integration Management
Manage and maintain website integrations with PMS, OTAs, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
Ensure timely updates of computer systems, including Microsoft software updates, security patches, and license management.
Monitor software uptime and system performance, ensuring minimal downtime across all platforms.
Manage and monitor API integrations between PMS, OTAs, accounting systems, and guest-facing applications, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to bookings, pricing, availability, and system connectivity.
6. IT Security & Device Management
Ensure the security and protection of all company-owned devices, preventing theft, unauthorized access, and data misuse.
Implement centralized device management systems to monitor, control, and manage all company devices from a single platform. Configure device tracking, access controls, user permissions, and remote lock/wipe capabilities.
Maintain asset registers for all IT equipment and conduct periodic audits.
Enforce company IT security policies and ensure compliance across all departments.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in OTA listing management (hospitality preferred).
Strong knowledge of PMS (Hostaway, Guesty, etc.) and OTA platforms.
Technical knowledge in hardware setup, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask across technical and operational functions.

OTA Listing Quality Score (ranking, content completeness).
IT System Uptime (CCTV, PCs, phones, troubleshooting).
PMS/OTA Sync Accuracy (zero discrepancies).
