About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

IT Executive

who can serve as a one-stop solution for all company technology needs. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing hardware, software, networks, security, and IT support -- ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient technology operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver, and all-rounder who can handle everything from troubleshooting user issues to managing servers, networks, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, servers, and other IT equipment. Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity. Oversee data backup, storage, and recovery processes.

Technical Support:

Provide day-to-day IT support to all staff, both onsite and remotely. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Software & Systems Administration:

Maintain and update company software, licenses, and user accounts (Microsoft 365, email, etc.). Coordinate with vendors for software/hardware procurement and maintenance.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

Implement and monitor IT security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, access controls). Ensure data protection and compliance with company policies.

Website & Digital Tools:

Oversee company website maintenance and email hosting. Support integration of business tools (CRM, HRMS, ERP, etc.).

Planning & Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, efficiency, and reliability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
