Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor and manage data backups, antivirus updates, and system security. Troubleshoot and resolve system/network problems in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and services. Maintain IT documentation and inventory records. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 1-2 years of experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
