Position : IT Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and servers. Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance with minimal downtime. Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving IT-related queries in a timely and professional manner. Support ERP systems and ensure smooth integration with production and inventory processes. Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity. Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support services. Implement and maintain data security protocols, antivirus solutions, and data backup systems. Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Participate in IT-related projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and IT support logs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting production/automation software or shop-floor systems. Understanding of industrial networks and IoT devices in manufacturing. Knowledge of database systems and reporting tools.
