Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's full digital operations, including:

E-Commerce Management

Manage and update product listings on Amazon and Noon platforms Monitor inventory, pricing, order processing, and product performance Optimize listings to increase visibility and sales Coordinate with operations team for timely order fulfillment
Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels Monitor engagement, run paid ad campaigns, and track performance Improve brand presence and customer interaction
Graphic Design

Create product images, promotional banners, social media creatives Work on branding materials (catalogs, brochures, packaging designs) Ensure all visuals follow company brand guidelines
Website Management

Update website content, product information, images, and layout Coordinate with web developers for improvements or technical issues Maintain SEO standards to increase online visibility
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Noon) Strong knowledge of social media marketing Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress/Shopify preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills
