Responsibilities
Building, Configuring, Maintenance, Service, Troubleshooting, Updating, Installation and Recovery for Hardware/Software/OS.
Ensuring that the safety and protection of computer antivirus and anti-malware systems are efficient.
Evaluating, testing, and implementing new devices and technology in a company.
Handling situations and problems that require IT support.
Arranging new user accounts, password, email inboxes, and other services needed by new employees in a company. Troubleshooting and evaluating any issues that arise with technology with computers.
Troubleshooting and solving all technical problems, configure LAN and wireless network.
Managing all IT related operations in the office network diagnose and repair Hardware/Software issues, Control the Servers in LAN.
Assembling of new Desktop PC, Data Recovery and Backup, Troubleshooting Boot processes.
Domain Registration & Management, Name Server Management, Hosting & Host Management, FTP & Cpanel Administration, Network Hosting Server & Domain Server Management, Domain Mail Configuration.
