- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days
- Work closely with Centre of excellence team and Business Partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of HR activities and initiatives across the region
- Maintain and oversee the accuracy of HR data across systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
- Collaborate with the COEs to support the implementation of talent development programs, including performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring service providers meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services to the business
- Manage and collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers on recruitment efforts for high-level positions, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on operations and recruitment
- Expertise in HRIS systems (SAP/ERP/Workday preferred).
