Job Position - IT Engineer

Location : Ras al Khaimah, UAE | Full-Time
To manage, support, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of systems, networks, and end-user computing environments while supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
-IT Infrastructure & Systems
-Install, configure, maintain, and support servers (Windows/Linux), workstations, and IT hardware.
-Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls.
-Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
-Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
-Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to users (hardware, software, email, printers).
-Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/macOS), Outlook, Office 365, and business applications.
-Support remote users and mobile devices.
