• Maintain and support internal knowledge base in part of IT infrastructure;
• Interact with suppliers and managers in data centers;
• Communication with vendors (new orders, signing documents);
• Possible visit datacenters to perform hardware installation, maintenance and replacement;
• Monitoring, automation and further improvement of existing infrastructure;
• Automation of operations, writing scripts. Writing infrastructure services;
• Communication with infrastructure providers, checking the effectiveness of the services used;

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Experience in maintain servers racks in the data centres;
• Experience in inventory systems (GLPI, NetBox, etc...);
• Deployment experience, Linux server management configurations;
• Good understanding of networking processes and network stack;
• Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with passionate attention to detail;
• Written and spoken English;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives;

Will be considered as advantage:

• Experience in the deployment and administration of monitoring systems (Logstash, Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Prometheus);
• Knowledge of Russian language;
