Job Description

The Role

Provide timely technical support for end users related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. o Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Mac), software applications, and network connectivity. o Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets in Active Directory and Office 365. o Respond to IT service requests and incidents using the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine). o Set up and maintain conference room equipment and support video conferencing tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom). o Collaborate with the infrastructure/network/security teams for escalated issues. o Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses. o Support onboarding/offboarding of employees by setting up devices and required access. o Ensure all devices comply with security and compliance standards. o Provide basic training or guidance to users on IT policies and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. o 1-3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. o Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise tools. o Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools. o Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi configuration). o IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills mandatory Excellent Arabic & English bilingual.
