Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead and mentor IT teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and support. Oversee budgeting, procurement, and vendor management for all IT-related expenses. Ensure data security protocols and compliance with relevant IT policies and standards. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate cross-departmental projects involving digital transformation or system upgrades. Establish disaster recovery and backup procedures for critical systems. Monitor IT performance metrics and system health regularly. Act as the key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends and innovation. Handle crisis management related to IT systems, breaches, or failures.

Job Profile

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and data security. Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic decision-making skills. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT transformations or implementations. * Excellent communication skills to align IT vision with business needs.
