The Queen Elizabeth II Hotel in Dubai is hiring an IT Coordinator to support daily IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of systems and networks, and provide technical support for staff and guests. Core Duties

• Perform monthly IT maintenance activities across systems and networks
• Monitor daily IT operations to ensure smooth running of systems for staff and guests
• Identify IT risks and issues, escalating them to the Assistant IT Manager when necessary
• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and data backup/restoration as needed
• Manage system backups, archiving, and secure transfer of records
• Install and configure hardware and software according to hotel and Accor standards
• Track system and network performance, addressing issues proactively
• Participate in Accor's regional eLearning platform for IT skill enhancement
• Research new IT solutions, upgrades, and enhancements for system improvements
• Provide timely support to users while maintaining guest-focused service

Candidate Profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Prior experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality, is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Highly reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Professional and courteous, with the ability to remain calm in guest-facing situations
