Key Responsibilities

Work with IT, procurement, finance, and legal teams to finalize approvals
Maintain accurate contract documentation including versions, amendments, and renewals
Monitor contract performance, SLAs, and compliance throughout the vendor lifecycle
Provide recommendations for cost optimization and best practices in vendor contracting
