- IT Administrator
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems.
Install, configure, and manage firewalls (SonicWall, FortiGate) and handle site-to-site, SSL, and IPsec VPNs.
Administer and support Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2022) and SQL Server databases.
Provide technical support for Windows OS and applications; manage data backup and recovery processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
Perform system upgrades in line with new software releases and maintain comprehensive internal documentation.
Set up and configure workstations and manage office-related software for new and existing users.
Oversee installation and monitoring of CCTV systems (DVR/NVR) and manage access control systems.
Train staff on new technologies and software, developing internal IT knowledge and best practices.
Maintain an accurate IT hardware asset inventory, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
Leverage knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in the construction industry .
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are preferred.
4-5 years of experience in a similar IT Administrator role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, network protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems in the construction industry is a plus.
