Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring an experienced IT Compliance Analyst to ensure that all IT systems, services, and operations adhere to established standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits while maintaining alignment with ISO, ITIL, and AI governance standards. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, and hands-on experience in IT governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure IT systems and processes comply with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ITIL, PCI DSS, ISR, and emerging AI governance frameworks.
• Develop, review, and maintain IT and AI policies, procedures, and documentation in line with ISMS, ITSMS, and GRC frameworks.
• Conduct regular IT risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement control measures.
• Manage audit processes by coordinating internal and external audits, tracking findings, and ensuring timely remediation.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote information security, compliance awareness, and governance best practices.
• Track and report compliance KPIs, control effectiveness, and performance metrics through Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Coordinate with process owners to ensure continuous alignment of IT internal controls with established frameworks.
• Manage GRC tools to automate audit tracking, policy management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support integration of compliance processes within digital governance and monitoring platforms.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of information security standards, IT service management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, ITSM tools, GRC systems, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, audit coordination, and employee training.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical abilities.
