Nair Systems is currently looking for IT Business Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Scope of Work: The IT Business Analyst shall correspond to the summary criteria below. 1. Computer Science/ Information system education (BSc or higher) 2. Experience as a developer (even short) 3. Application Business Analyst experience 4. Excellent requirement gathering & documentation skills (word, ppt, visio...etc) 5. Ability to manage multiple IT projects End to End 6. Certification in Prince, Agile, Scrum, PMP preferred Detailed Overall description Responsible for the business analyses of requirements then developing documentation for specificationsand designs and perform project management to successfully deliver assigned IT projects and solutions. Key responsibilities . Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. . Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. . Designing applications that utilize and are deployed on top of Microsoft Azure. . Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. . Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements and business process models. . Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. . Performing Application, Report and Interface Designs . Performing UX mock-ups and wireframes. . Documenting and communicating results, designs and specifications. . Estimating costsfor developments and operations in man days and actual costs. . Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. . Developing detailed Requests For Proposal snf Scope of Work documents to vendors and performingvendor negotiation, communication and management. . Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff with the ability to simplify technical terms and concepts to management and business users. . Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. . Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. . Performing and managing user acceptance testing. . Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. . Updating, implementing, and maintaining development and project management procedures. . Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. . Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, vendors and users. . Managing competing resources and priorities. . Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Qualifications and Skills . MSc / BSc Degree with minimum 5 years of IT Business Analysis experience. . Knowledge of Agile / Lean delivery. . Hands-on experience in areas of Project management, Systems Development/Design and Implementation Management. . Exceptional Documentation and writing skills. . Experience in Wireframing, UI & UX Design, Microsoft Azure, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Figma, Confluence, JIRA. . Expert level knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook. . Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment & applications . Ability to work independently and manage self towards goals, while being a genuine "team player" . Willingness to undertake tasks at all levels when necessary . Excellent communication and presentation skills (both interpersonal and written) . Effective facilitation skills .
