Job Overview
As an IT Audit Senior, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audit engagements by performing fieldwork, assessing technology-related risks, and validating the reliability of IT systems and controls. You will collaborate closely with financial audit teams and client stakeholders to identify audit scopes and ensure technology risks are appropriately addressed.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform business process walkthroughs to identify scope for IT audit procedures
• Develop and communicate IT audit plans, budgets, and timelines to managers
• Execute IT audit fieldwork, including assessment of general IT controls, application controls, interface controls, and system-generated reports
• Conduct risk mitigation procedures and support the documentation of findings
• Ensure deliverables align with professional standards and Deloitte's quality framework
• Interface with client personnel and maintain strong professional relationships
• Support concurrent engagements across multiple industries with a focus on client service
• Report status updates, engagement progress, and key risks to managers and senior managers
• Assist in reviewing automated controls and IT risks in financial services and telecom environments

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Computing, or a related field

Certifications:

• CISA certification preferred; other relevant credentials are a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of IT audit, IT external/internal audit, or risk assurance experience
• Exposure to Financial Services or Telecommunications sectors is strongly preferred
• Proficient in evaluating IT general controls, application controls, and system-generated reports
• Experience with audit fieldwork planning, execution, and documentation
• Familiarity with risk mitigation, compensating controls, and audit analytics

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage timelines, conduct research, and work under pressure
