About the Job
Provide timely and effective support to employees via phone, email, or in-person, resolving IT-related issues and answering technical questions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of technical issues and implement solutions.
Configure, update, and modify system settings and permissions to resolve technical issues.
Generate login credentials and set up new hires' systems during the onboarding process.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware drivers as needed.
Keep employees informed about the status of their service requests and provide updates on resolution progress.
Log and track all service requests in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
