Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network issues, and user inquiries.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support the setup and maintenance of network and Wi-Fi systems.
Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation updates.
Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when necessary.
Support IT-related projects, rollouts, and upgrades across the organization.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices.
Travel to different company locations as required for on-site support (driving license mandatory).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
3 years of IT support experience within the UAE
(mandatory).
Valid
UAE driving license
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with routers, switches, access points, CCTV, and telephony systems (preferred).
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and domain environments.
Basic understanding of IT security practices.
Experience supporting remote users and cloud-based apps.
