Job Responsibilities:
- Assist IT manager with daily IT department work
- Provide technical support to office staff with daily IT troubleshooting needs
- Resolve daily hardware and software issues with office staff PCs
- Coordinate with external service vendors for system repairs and upgrades
- Monitor IT systems for diagnostic alerts and signals during daily operation
- Maintain the company website
- Create and edit catalogs, product data sheets, and other company documents
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate IT field
- Minimum 1 year experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent graphics design applications
- Minimum 1 year experience with using IT help desk ticketing software
- Minimum 1 year experience in updating and maintaining company website and SEO
- Graphic designing: 1 year (Preferred)
- website maintenance and SEO: 1 year (Preferred)
- corporate IT field: 2 years (Required)
