: Hospitality IT Assistant Cluster Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient Hospitality IT Assistant Cluster with expertise in hotel software systems like Opera, Micros, and Sun system. The ideal candidate will also possess strong networking skills, be able to handle guest complaints related to IT services, have experience with PABX systems, and be adept at managing desktops and servers in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support hotel software systems, including Opera, Micros, and Sun system.

2. Ensure seamless operation of networking infrastructure within the hospitality environment.

3. Address and resolve guest complaints related to IT services promptly and professionally.

4. Handle PABX system operations and troubleshoot any related issues.

5. Provide desktop support for end-users and maintain server infrastructure.

6. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement software updates and enhancements.

7. Maintain IT inventory and ensure all systems are up-to-date and functional.

8. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

9. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

10. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems usage and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing hotel software systems such as Opera, Micros, and Sun system.

2. Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

3. Ability to handle guest complaints related to IT services effectively and with a customer-centric approach.

4. Experience with PABX systems and their configurations.

5. Proficiency in desktop support and server maintenance.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 8. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

9. Relevant certifications in IT or hospitality IT systems would be advantageous.

10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
