Join ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar as an IT Asset Manager and play a pivotal role in managing IT assets efficiently and effectively. Based in Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring optimal utilization, and supporting the organization's strategic objectives. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining an accurate inventory, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.


Develop, implement, and maintain IT asset management strategies, standards, and policies that align with organizational goals. Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets--from procurement to disposal--including tracking, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades. Maintain an up-to-date, accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets, ensuring regular audits and reconciliations are performed. Works with other technical and non-technical departments to ensure that IT assets are being used efficiently and effectively. Monitors the organization's IT assets to ensure they are being used appropriately and provides regular reports on their usage. Identify and manage risks associated with IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, internal policies, and relevant regulations. Maintain the stores and organize the asset, also suggest new hardware that can improve the work. Prepare and manage RFPs (Request for Proposals), coordinate with vendors, and oversee timely and accurate deliveries. Prepare and present detailed reports on asset status, performance, risks, and lifecycle metrics to stakeholders.

Required Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science or a related field.. Proven Min of

experience in IT asset management or a similar role, Preferably within a large organization or multinational environment.. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in asset management software and tools. Knowledge of software licensing and hardware procurement procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Fluent in both
