Our client is a leading financial technology firm, driving innovation across digital banking, payments, and financial services. The company is seeking an experienced

IT Architect

to design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions that power next-generation fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust IT architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirements in the fintech domain. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define technical roadmaps and solution blueprints. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms to optimize system performance and scalability. Ensure architectural compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and financial regulations (e.g., CBB, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001). Lead integration strategies for APIs, microservices, and third-party fintech platforms. Oversee system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical standards. Support DevOps, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery models.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in fintech, banking, or digital payments. Proven experience with

cloud technologies

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and

microservices architecture

. Strong knowledge of

API management, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),

and

enterprise integration patterns.

Familiarity with

security frameworks, encryption protocols,

and

compliance standards

relevant to financial services. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. TOGAF or similar architecture certification is an advantage.
