Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning
Deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials on modules such as:
Network Security
Ethical Hacking
Information Security Management
Cyber Laws & Governance
Database Security
Cloud and Infrastructure Security
Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials in line with academic standards.
Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and critical thinking.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
Assessment and Feedback
Design, administer, and grade assignments, exams, and project-based assessments.
Ensure assessment rubrics are followed as per awarding body/university criteria.
Provide constructive and timely feedback to students.
Participate in internal verification and external moderation processes.
Curriculum Development
Assist in the design and review of IT and Cyber Security curriculum content.
Keep course material aligned with current industry practices and compliance standards.
Contribute to programme validation and accreditation documentation when required.
Collaboration and Academic Support
Participate in academic team meetings, student progress reviews, and faculty development sessions.
Support programme coordinators and academic leadership in curriculum planning and quality assurance activities.
Liaise with external industry professionals and guest speakers to enhance learning outcomes.
