Job Description

We are a corporate company looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our IT team. Responsibilities: Resolve system problems and configure OS and applications software programs . Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to communicate and resolve issues . Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education & Research .(optional) Ability and willingness to learn new computer software and assist others with troubleshooting . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Must be fluent in English Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills. The candidate should have Basic IT Knowledge and skills . Knowledge of web development languages and technical terminology is an advantage .
