Main Activities:
BI Analyst is responsible for evaluate all business process to identify opportunities for BI reports improvements and automation, searching for best practices and enhance user-experience through Power BI technology creating interactive and dynamic dashboard visualizations.
- Create a roadmap of dashboards, validate with all stakeholders, and execute accordantly.
- Work as a IT business partner to support business leverage analytics technology across the region as competitive advantage.
- Generate solutions able to provide immediate insight by transforming data into visually engaging, interactive views in dashboards.
- Design data visualization platform to simplify data analysis and removes unnecessary complications, focuses on what matters most \xe2\x80\x93 finding the real value in your data.
- Perform the interface of IT with its internal and external customers, identifying and proposing improvements in their work processes in a proactive way, enabling the continuity of operations, faster decisions and reducing efforts to provide information.
- Embrace the analytics journey in BRF and training employees for Self BI implementations.
- Identify root cause for data failure hindering vital insights in a proactive manner.
- Act as a bridge between Business Stakeholders and IT stakeholders to communicate requirements and oversee the implementation
Responsibilities:
- Analytics Support to all international markets
- BI Project/Demands management
- Identify opportunities, service delivery issues and get solutions from vendors and internal partners
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are being met by vendors
Desirable requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Hands on skill for Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and communication skill for coordinate project team to implement.
- Teamwork spirit and cross-function collaboration
- Able to perform under pressure
- Strong change management
Experience
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, Analytics, Data or Computer Science or similar fields.
- 4 years of experience in the BI & Analytics domain, minimum 3 years developing and building visualizations using Power BI tools.
- Should be able to define a data model, create and customize visualizations, hierarchies and drill-down in Power BI.
- Should have the knowledge of publishing, sharing, and exploring data.
- Should be able to define model with calculated columns, measures, calculated tables.
- Should be able to customize and design advanced visualizations and optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
- Should be able to configure and setup gateways, developing, maintaining, publishing dashboards.
- Should analyze functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements.
- Knowledge on database concepts, data modelling, stored procedures, complex query writing, performance optimization.
- Knowledge on Agile and Project Management methodology.
- Strong knowledge of sales, logistics, finance and production process.
- Portuguese/Arabic speaker will be a plus.
