Job Summary
An international Trading company based in Dubai are currently looking for a IT Analyst and application developer.
the successful candidate will have the following capabilities
An international Trading company based in Dubai are currently looking for a IT Analyst and application developer.
the successful candidate will have the following capabilities
- Develop user friendly applications and reports adhering to coding standards and best practices
- Implementation of new applications in relation to Trading and Risk activities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to completion on-time and on-budget
- Interface with internal team members to develop custom applications
- Utilize change management process for development, testing and migration of code to production
- The successful respondent will have the following
- At least 3 to 5 years of implementing, upgrading, maintaining and enhancing .NET Applications
- Strong knowledge of VBA, ASP.NET, VB.NET using MS Visual Studio 2010
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS using SQL 2008
- Good knowledge of the .NET framework (at least 3.5)
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful and creative
- Project management
- Trading and Finance knowledge
- Experience with Triple Point Technology Commodity XL product
