Tricom is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals and range of FMCG Food Beverage products headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are focused on trading, manufacturing and distribution of quality products which are targeted towards process-based Industries across GCC and MENA RegionsWe are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners\xc2\xb7 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks\xc2\xb7 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests\xc2\xb7 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)\xc2\xb7 Setting up accounts for new users\xc2\xb7 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary\xc2\xb7 Testing new technology\xc2\xb7 Possibly training junior staff\xc2\xb7 Create SOP for the IT developments in the company, make checklist for the IT devices issued to the employees.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:
