Job Position - IT Administrator
Company Name - ARC Global
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including systems, networks, and servers
Provide timely technical support to staff; troubleshoot hardware & software issues
Ensure robust network security, data protection, and regular backups
Install, configure, and update software and hardware
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Liaise with vendors and service providers for all IT-related needs
Who You Are:
Experienced IT Administrator or IT Support professional
Strong in networking, system administration, and troubleshooting
Familiar with ERP systems (a plus!)
Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
