We are seeking a passionate and experienced Islamic and Arabic Teacher to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for the Arabic language and Islamic values among young learners, fostering their moral, social, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate Arabic language and Islamic studies lessons for children aged 1-4 years.
Promote early language development, including speaking, listening, and basic literacy skills in Arabic.
Introduce fundamental Islamic teachings, prayers, and values in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Use interactive and creative teaching methods, including songs, storytelling, and activities.
Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and management.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and holistic learning experience.
Maintain classroom discipline while encouraging curiosity, exploration, and respect for cultural values.
Requirements:
Degree or certification in Education, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, or Early Childhood Education.
Prior experience teaching young children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong knowledge of Arabic language and Islamic teachings suitable for young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, compassionate, and creative with a passion for early childhood development.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and management.
Preferred:
Knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks.
Experience integrating Arabic language and Islamic studies into creative activities and play-based learning.
