Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) as a

Staff Manufacturing Engineer

and play a key role in shaping the future of server hardware testing. In this role, you will lead process optimization, introduce advanced testing technologies, and ensure top-quality standards for enterprise-level solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a global environment.

Your Responsibilities

Establish, optimize, and standardize server hardware testing processes, specifications, and metrics.
Promote implementation of testing standards across cross-functional teams.
Lead planning and advancement of specialized server testing technologies.
Evaluate and introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment.
Enhance testing efficiency and depth through innovative solutions.
Address critical quality incidents from clients with professional technical analysis.
Provide effective solutions to resolve complex technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hardware testing experience, including at least 3 years in test team management for servers or enterprise-level storage/networking equipment.
Proven experience in test management for server new product introduction (NPI) and mass production.
Strong knowledge of server hardware testing processes and metrics.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
