Louis Vuitton Middle East is looking for an IS Team Manager reporting to the IS&T Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities.
Manage L2 Proximity Support Team on daily activities.
SLA Adherence and Service Delivery
Close coordination with Service Desk and Retail Business teams.
Incident Management
Service Request Management

IS&T Management:
To support daily activities of head office and stores on applications, including fiscal / detax / payment area
Ensure an ongoing interaction with the store managers, head office, WH and CSC users, identify and analyse news need
To support local IT external 3rd partners
Support:
Support daily activities of HO, stores, Warehouse, Customer Client service, on applications and IT infrastructures.
To participate in local on-site support operations as needed, including store openings, relocations, closures and special projects
Support IS&T Manager with the device renewal and the proper management of devices stock.
To address productions issues in a timely and efficient manner: perform the necessary investigation and analysis to solve the issue.
To follow up all application issues identified by users. To work with Contact\xe2\x80\x99IS (Corporate-Europe support teams) to ensure incidents opened locally are well managed/escalated. Confirm with users possible issues not well resolved.
To Ensure communication and reporting with site and direction
To propose solution to increase the level of user satisfaction
