Key Responsibilities

• Inspect landscape and irrigation works on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
• Conduct regular surveillance of construction activities and verify adherence to approved methods and procedures.
• Review site conditions and confirm suitability for designed landscape and irrigation installations.
• Identify non-conforming works, document findings, and assist in developing corrective action plans.
• Maintain inspection records, progress logs, and daily reports of site activities.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
• Verify temporary works and ensure safety and quality compliance on all irrigation installations.
• Provide practical advice on construction and technical issues during execution.
• Support the preparation of snag lists, follow-up inspections, and closeout activities.
• Promote and enforce site health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation, landscaping, and infrastructure supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Proven knowledge of construction procedures, quality standards, and inspection protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
• Prior experience in irrigation projects within the Emirate of Dubai is an advantage.
