IP Solicitor (2 plus PQE), Dubai
Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a IP Solicitor (2 plus PQE)to join a global firm in Dubai.
You will be working alongside an experienced team advising on a all aspects of brand protection and enforcement.
This is a unique opportunity as the team are currently expanding. You can expect to work on trademark filing strategy, selection and prosecution, validity and infringement and trade mark oppositions.
You will work with leading global brands to smaller companies
You will be part of an experienced team of IP lawyers who are considered leading specialists. The firm is known to provide you an interesting and varied caseload, support and development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities of the ideal candidate:
- You will advise on a broad range of brand protection and enforcement matters and will service a variety of clients from global leading brands to smaller local companies
- You will be responsible for your own caseload but will also assist more senior members of the team.
- You will also advise clients in different sectors including media and entertainment, aviation, cosmetics and food and drink to name a few.
About You
- Experience in IP (2 plus PQE considered)
- Prior experience working in a law firm or in house setting
- You will have a keen interest to relocate to Dubai
- You will be hard working with a can-do attitude
- Strong communicator
