IP Operations Manager role

In this IP Operations Manager position

Team Leadership: Manage and support the operations team, promoting a high-performance culture. Cargo Management: Supervise handling of cargo, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Customs Clearance: Facilitate customs processes and liaise with authorities. Billing : Monitor unbilled and billing files for accuracy and timeliness. Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements and maintain SOPs. Reporting: Prepare performance reports and analyze operational data.

Stakeholders

Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DHL Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools

Management Responsibility

Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments

Now, here is what we need from you!

Bachelor's Degree Experience - more than 6 years International freight forwarding experience managing projects in saudi arabia . Proven experience in operations management within logistics. Strong knowledge of customs processes and cargo operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
