Ip (intellectual Property) Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on IP rights, registration procedures, and infringement issues
Prepare and file IP applications with relevant authorities
Conduct IP searches and patentability analyses
Manage IP portfolio and renewal processes
Support enforcement actions and IP litigation cases
Keep abreast of latest developments in IP laws and treaties
Qualifications:
Degree in Law with specialization or certification in IP Law
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IP law, preferably in UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE IP regulations and international IP treaties
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
