Our growing development team is now looking for an iOS Platform Lead to own and develop iOS competency. We, at Exinity, create products that allow our clients buying and selling assets in the financial markets. These are modern mobile apps where clients can easily access trading of currency pairs, stocks, cryptocurrencies. iOS developers, both internal and outsourced, are part of cross-functional teams where they work on the range of our products.

We are looking for an ambitious leader who has strong expertise in iOS development themselves to develop this part of business, unite the developers and create a strong iOS competency centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP, Global Mobile Development you will be working with a team of internal and outsourced iOS developers and responsible for: * Set up development processes for iOS development in the company: Code review, CI/CD, Technical backlog management, Git, firebase

• Monitor and manage the quality of iOS development
• Design the architecture of mobile solutions
• Keep the stack up to date (current RxSwift stack, ReactiveCocoa, Combine, Alamofire, Realm, GraphQL, WebSockets, VIPER, FireBase, git)
• Lead the team of iOS developers, contribute to their growth and development via effective performance management (coaching, 1-1s)
• Participate in recruitment of new iOS developers, support and mentor during the probation
• Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
• When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of Exinity
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role

Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in team leader position

• 6+ years of iOS development experience
• Certifications, technical knowledge
• Software skills
• Fluency in Russian and English (B2+)
