EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of software development experience with experience working in Agile teams using SCRUM \xc2\xb7 Extensive iOS iPhone/iPad development experience using Objective C and Swift. \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with XCode and UIKit, Caching, Local storage, Core Data, Interface Builder, Storyboards, integrating with APNS, etc. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of UX principles and Apple Human Interface Guide \xc2\xb7 Experience with build tools such as Fastlane and xcodebuild \xc2\xb7 Expert knowledge of dependency managers such as Cocoapods & Carthage \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with App store deployments and has deployed apps to the Appstore \xc2\xb7 Complex UI experience beyond story-boarding by developing UI using code \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience writing unit and UI tests using XCTest and XCUITest, knowledge of Test Doubles \xc2\xb7 Experience with code coverage and unit testing tools like xcov, Specta, Expecta, OCMock etc. \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with Git, such as branching, merging, tagging and Pull Requests. \xc2\xb7 Mobile banking experience is preferred \xc2\xb7 Experience with mobile CI-CD (Jenkins or similar) is preferred \xc2\xb7 Excellent programming skills in at least 2 modern programming languages/ frameworks, such as Swift, Objective C, Java, Node.JS, JavaScript, C, C++, Python, or others. \xc2\xb7 Infrastructure knowledge including RESTful APIs, Single Sign On, LDAP, Search Technologies \xc2\xb7 Experiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security SKILLS \xc2\xb7 Real passion for development and a demonstrated appetite for continual learning \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of pair programming, continuous integration and test-driven development \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the concepts of Functional Programming and Microservices is a plus \xc2\xb7 Community contributions (e.g., open source work, GitHub, StackOverflow, publishing / speaking on technical ideas) is a plus \xc2\xb7 Should be a change agent that always challenges status quo \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Use Agile engineering practices and various software and mobile development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience \xc2\xb7 Work in a team to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements \xc2\xb7 Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependencies \xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers and team members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks \xc2\xb7 Drive forward and role-model best practice engineering processes and Agile behavior and ensuring teams members follow suit \xc2\xb7 Communicate with business stakeholders about Agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines \xc2\xb7 Own and drive best practice in terms of automation such as continuous integration and deployment Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems -UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Banks in UAE.
