Invoicing Manager

Manage the invoicing and payment lifecycle from invoice creation to payment received.

Job responsibilities:

Work with Project Controls Manager and Contracts Managers to ensure company cash and retentions are received on time.
Supervise invoicing administration personnel.
Provide weekly reports showing expected revenue, work in progress, retentions and variances and identify reasons for differences.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
Liaise with Contracts managers to follow up with late paying clients.
Liaise with Regional Head of Legal to raise disputes and follow up with clients.
Prepare routine financial reports and ad-hoc reports for operational review and decision making.
Assist with the completion and preparation of monthly financial reports and annual audit.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You bring (qualifications & experience)
8 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years within a project-based organisation.

3 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years relevant management skills

Minimum bachelor\'s degree, recognised qualification

Ability to make prompt and clear decisions, which may involve tough choices or considered risk.

Strong communicator. Promotes open communication across the organization. Empowers & connects other people with positive impact, provides energy and demonstrates passion, trust & respect.

Actively focused on achieving sustainable results with a passion for success. Strives for operational excellence in all goals set.
