Invoicer
to join our dedicated team.
We are seeking an Invoicer to manage the accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, and have a strong grasp of administrative and accounting processes relevant to a trading environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices based on delivery notes and purchase orders
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to verify order completion and dispatch
Maintain and update invoice records, both digital and hard copies
Ensure invoice details align with UAE VAT regulations and company policies
Follow up on any invoice-related issues with internal teams or customers
Work closely with the Accounts team to support accounts receivable tracking
Assist in filing, documentation, and general admin tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in invoicing or administrative roles, preferably in a trading company
Knowledge of UAE VAT and invoicing practices
Familiarity with accounting or ERP software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
