Role OverviewThe Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing the company's relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. This role involves ensuring transparent and timely communication of financial performance, corporate strategy, and market developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value.Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media.Manage the relationship between the holding entity, and it's numerous subsidiaries.Prepare and manage investor presentations, earnings reports, press releases, and other key disclosures.Coordinate earnings calls, investor roadshows, and meetings with senior leadership.Conduct financial analysis to support investor communications and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and disclosure requirements.Support the senior leadership team with investor engagement strategies and corporate positioning.
Key RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in investor relations.Strong understanding of financial reporting, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.Experience managing investor relationships within a publicly listed company is preferred.Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA or MBA is a plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
