Investor Relations Job description : to communicate with potential investors and ensure successful creation of businesses The core responsibility for this position is to ensure that potential investments are successfully implemented and turned to businesses. By communicating with potential stakeholders/investors and facilitate their needs. Responsibilities Act as a communication channel between the Group and potential stakeholders/investors Target potential shareholders/investors Develop an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, financial performance, operations and industry landscape and keep apprised of current operating asset Manage investor inquiries/requests and respond in a timely manner Assist and support the preparation of quarterly investor reporting package Distributing subscription documents and corresponding with prospective investor on document completion Monitor responses and follow-up via phone and email and work with Investment team to ensure timely communications with all stakeholders/investors and seamless operation of the department Have direct exposure to senior management (including C-Suite) on a daily basis Prepare reports for semi-annual BOD meetings Updating consultant and industry databases Responding to investor and consultant due diligence questionnaires Marketing Responsibilities Support investor communication and marketing Stay apprised of market opinions, attitudes and reactions to company issues and keep management informed Organize and participate in programs such as company-sponsored shareholder meetings, one-on-one investor and analyst visits, marketing road shows, investor conferences and press conferences Creating, updating and distributing marketing materials, including strategy specific marketing presentations and white papers, client-specific update presentations and other creative marketing projects Qualifications for investor relations Minimum 5-8 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required (investor relations, buy-side or sell-side analysis, finance or investment banking preferred) An efficient, resourceful and energetic team player who can also function as an individual contributor Ability to communicate information carefully in order to manage client BS/BA in a business-related field Preferable Investor Relations in a complex industry such as alternative investments Experience in local and international markets Raibal Group.
