Successful candidate will work with the company\'s investment team and asset managers to manage a range of investments with a goal to maximize profitability of the company. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- technical understanding of portfolio analytics on a monthly basis
- understanding derivatives, swaps and options
- perform recalculations of IRR, net weighted average returns and any other such performance measures for the investment portfolio
- understand how to perform valuation for unlisted/ private equities
- be able to use such technical investment tools like Bloomberg
- perform continuous assessment of real estate properties valuations
- thorough understanding of the local Central bank guidelines i.e capital and solvency requirements
- develop a strong pipeline for investment opportunities and understanding the technical aspects of every opportunity
- coordinate closely with asset managers for performance reviews and potential new ideas
- thorough understanding and be able to technically analyze the underlying structures of alternative investments frameworks eg private debt funds, asset backed funds etc
- Are you a Finance graduate
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- investments management: 5 years (Required)
- English (Required)
