We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our organization as a Junior Investment Trading Analyst and help establish our equity trading operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent finance graduates to learn systematic share trading strategies, develop market analysis skills, and grow into a data-driven investment professional. The role includes comprehensive training and mentorship with focus exclusively on equity trading and portfolio management.

Role and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Research (Under Supervision)


Learn and implement systematic share trading strategies using fundamental and technical analysis Assist in creating stock screening frameworks to identify potential equity investments Conduct basic fundamental analysis of company financials, earnings reports, and business models Learn technical analysis including charts, indicators, and market patterns Help build and maintain stock screening tools and analysis frameworks Research market trends and sector rotations under guidance to enhance trading knowledge Participate in backtesting and strategy development using historical share price data

Daily Trading Operations


Learn to execute daily stock screening using established criteria and financial filters Assist in generating daily watchlists with basic fundamental and technical analysis Monitor equity market conditions and learn to identify trading opportunities Support buy and sell order execution under supervision with focus on timing and risk management Learn position sizing discipline and equity portfolio risk management Track share performance and learn to make tactical adjustments Monitor earnings announcements, dividends, and corporate actions affecting positions

Performance Reporting & Analytics


Generate comprehensive P&L reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis for equity portfolio Create detailed trade analysis with win/loss ratios, average returns, and holding periods for individual stocks Develop performance attribution analysis by stock, sector, and time period Maintain detailed trading journal with rationale for each share purchase and sale Prepare executive dashboards with key equity portfolio metrics and market insights Conduct post-trade analysis of individual stock performance to identify improvement opportunities Track benchmark comparisons against relevant market indices (S&P 500, NASDAQ, etc.)

Skills and Requirements:

Educational Background + Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
+ Recent graduate (0-2 years' experience) with strong academic performance (3.0+ GPA preferred)
+ Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles
+ Coursework in corporate finance, investment analysis, or portfolio management preferred
+ Basic Python programming knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
+ Excel proficiency for financial modeling and data analysis
+ Basic understanding of financial statements and ratios
+ Familiarity with charts and basic technical indicators
+ Interest in learning trading platforms and market data tools
+ Strong analytical and mathematical skillsTrading & Market Knowledge (Entry Level)


+ Basic understanding of stock markets and how they operate
+ Familiarity with major stock market indices and their importance
+ Understanding of basic financial ratios
