Job Description
Our client is a market leading practice in investment funds and management, particularly in the private equity, venture capital and real estate sectors. The team also focusses on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, buyouts, strategic investments, divestitures and spin-off transactions.
They are looking to bolster their UAE practice and are looking for a number of Associates to join their team in Dubai. You should have a solid academic and professional background with experience gained from an equally reputable international, MC or US firm.
