Investment Funds Associate/counsel

Job Description
Our client, a White Shoe US law firm is currently looking to hire a junior to mid-level associate (2-5 PQE) and Counsel (8+) to join their newly established Investment Funds Advisory practice.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years PQE and up to 5 years PQE for Associate candidates, and 8+ PQE for Counsel candidates and a legal qualification from a common law jurisdiction.
- Experience working within an investment funds practice of a leading global law firm. Exposure to matters including fund establishments, regulatory-issues related to investments, fund advisory and management.
- Exceptional Academics from a reputed institution and top-tier training is essential.
